Fixed Right Guarantee:

We promise that the services we perform will be fiхed right the first time. If automotive repair or service was performed improperlу then we will re-perform the service at no additional charge to you, during established warranty period.

 

General Warranty Terms and Conditions:

All warranties apply to the original purchaser and may not be assigned to a subsequent purchaser or owner of the motor vehicle.

Mechanical and Collision Service Terms and Conditions:

Unless otherwise stated, all mechanical service parts are warranted for 12 month or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. All labor is warranted for 90 days, both to original purchaser during this period.

Spirit Auto Services will replace the parts and redo the labor at no further cost. Warranties do not apply to vehicles used in commercial application. Warranties do not apply to used parts and Spirit Auto Services does not provide ANY warranty on

used parts.

By execution of the repair authorization on the front of the invoice, customer authorizes repair work to be done as described. Customer agrees to pay cash on the delivery of the vehicle, and until paid in full, Spirit Auto Services shall have a lien on the vehicle for the amount owing. In the event of default by the customer in payment, Spirit Auto Services is hereby specifically authorized to retain possession of the vehicle without notice and without process of law, and said possession shall invest Spirit Auto Services with all rights of possessory lien holder under law. Customer further agrees that Spirit Auto Services will not be held responsible for articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accidents or any other causes beyond its control.

Customer's vehicle may be driven by Spirit Auto Services employees at customer's risk. Storage will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per day beginning 3 days alter notice to customer that repairs have been completed. If Spirit Auto Services is forced to take any action for collection of any balance owing by customer to Spirit Auto Services by lawsuit or otherwise, customer agrees to pay interest on the amount owing until paid and the collection costs. The provisions herein set forth shall become part of any independent agreement for payment made between customer and Spirit Auto Services in connection with work authorized by this order. If customer cancels this order, Spirit Auto Services may charge for the cost of the teardown, the cost of parts and labor to replace items that werе destroyed by teardown and the cost of reassemble the component of the vehicle. Spirit Auto Services will note responsible for damages to the vehicle due to causes beyond our control.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Except as described herein, Spirit Auto Services makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to maintenance or repair work, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty is limited to the same duration as the written warranty. Spirit Auto Services disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages to extent permitted by law. The customer's remedies described herein shall be exclusive of any other remedies. The warranties described herein are for exclusive benefit of the customer and are not assigпaЫe except as provided otherwise. The customer must present this document are corresponding invoices to Spirit Auto Services in order to resolve the benefits of any warranty contained herein.
